On behalf of Eigen Haard, KBK construction group from Volendam has driven the first pile of the De Erven 2 sub-plan at Estate Wickevoort in Cruquius in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.
De Erven 2 consists of 48 ground-based social rental homes. The design is by Heren 5 Architecten. In March, a start will also be made on the Poortgebouw 1 sub-plan, designed by the architectural firm M3H. In this sub-plan, 35 ground-based social rental homes are being built.
All homes are gas-free and Zero on the Meter (NOM). Estate Wickevoort is an area development of AM where Eigen Haard is realizing approximately 225 social rental homes.
