The second sub-plan Poortgebouw 1 of Eigen Haard has also been completed on the Wickevoort estate in Cruquius in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, and the tenants will move into the 32 ground-based social rental homes in the coming days. In consultation with the municipality, 3 homes have been reserved for status holders.
The design is by M3H Architects and KBK construction group has carried out the project. A total of 83 homes were built in this first phase, divided over 2 sub-plans. All homes are Zero-on-the-Meter.
Wickevoort is a sustainable and nature-inclusive area development of AM Area Development, where Eigen Haard will add approximately 225 social rental homes to its portfolio in the coming years. Zephyr Real Estate is responsible for project management on behalf of Eigen Haard.
