Thunnissen Bouw has started the piling work of De Vrije Kade phase 3 in Buiksloterham.
Traditionally, prefab piles are used along the quay wall, at the transformer and the speed gates. The rest of the piling work is carried out with vibro piles.
The Vrije Kade phase 3 consists of 57 owner-occupied homes, 5 owner-occupied commercial spaces and 51 social rental homes and 1 rental commercial space are being built on behalf of Eigen Haard.
All homes and commercial spaces have been sold.
We tekenden met woningcorporatie Eigen Haard een overeenkomst voor de ontwikkeling van de blokken rond de Kromhouthal in Hamerkwartier. In totaal bouwt Eigen Haard straks ruim 600 woningen.
